Based on the Ribbon-Tailed Astrapia, this ship is small and nimble, made to get out of confrontations at the first sign of danger and rally support from nearby allies. Therefore, speed and stealth are its number one priorities. While its offensive capabilities are nearly non-existent, and it is not likely to be caught, the paint job is meant to deter any attacks by making it look more menacing than it actually is.
